When is the best time to take the P90X recovery drink?

I bought the P90X program, and the p90x recovery drink to go along with him. The nutrition guide, meal plan, says it has the formula of recovery during the second meal of the day, along with a protein bar. The fact that video at the end of Ab Ripper X, Tony Horton says that if your last workout of the day, you should take your recovery drink. I guess my question is, Should I take the recovery drink during my second meal as indicated in the meal plan, or should I take after my final training day? Thanks, Matt

so simple .. have a smoothie in the afternoon and then the other after your workouts remember u also have to eat foods rich in protein …
