Who knows about P90x?

I got the videos without anything else. What is the nutrition guide? Is it a book or downloads from the website. milliondollarbody.com is down for construction so my question is does anyone know about p90x and what the ‘nutrition guide’ is?

I have the videos. I say they’re actually effective as long as you follow the instructions, but you don’t have to do them exactly as he does it though. I prefer the elastic to dumbells because they are cheaper. Enjoy getting in shape.
