Make pickles actually have nutritional value?
Pickles are cucumbers soaked in a salt solution – and the nutrition label, all in which is the sodium – no calories, no protein, etc. So is there really any nutrition pickles? And the cucumbers? Or are they like celery? asked haha =]
Pickles are amazing. They have a small amount of carbohydrate, protein and are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, together with some others in small quantities.
