Does childhood nutrition effect the adult body?
imagine you have an adult, about age 25 whose activity level has been average throughout his whole life. his/her current nutrition habits are healthy and have been for a while, but they were poor in his/her childhood/early teen years. does that have an effect on the way their body is at their current age?
What you ate as a kid could have affected your growth and it could have caused a buildup in arteries. But I don’t think you will have any serious issues now that you eat healthy and you have been for a while. Any problems that you were at risk for as a kid really has dissipated since you no longer eat an unhealthy diet
