I find this amazing. Is this healthy?
That is alot of protein for a protein bar. My protein powder has about 23 grams per serving. But the bar is not unhealthy. If you are worrying their is too much protein, theres not. The more you exercise the more protein you need. But even if you dont exercise 30 grams isnt too much
