does whey protein have wheat in it?

i take Gaspari Nutrition Size On, EAS Premium Protein, and Force Factor Body Rush. My question is, do any of these supplements have wheat in them?

They may. Read the label. If the label says “may contain wheat” treat them as though they have wheat in them.

Other than that, you’ll have to contact the companies (again, look at the label, and find their company number) and ask if there are allergy alerts on their products.

If you really don’t want to call them, spend some time on google and plug in the names of every chemical on the bottle.

Ideally, whey protien should not have wheat in it, but many of these companies want to make a buck and putting cheap wheat filler in the expensive whey powder is a good way to save money.

I would recomend calling and finding out.
