I am writing a lesson plan for my health and nutrition class… ands I need some ideas for a preschool lesson plan on:” what makes us grow?” please help!!!! I don’t have anything yet
You should have a…. heading( on the boaredor a chart):
WHAT MAKES US GROW?
—————————————————————–
Then have veges, milk, and fruits. Do it like a bar graph. Then you should bring in the items that are going to be used in your project. Put veges, milk, and fruits on 3 different tables and defide your class up into 3 groupes. Then you should let the kids eat them and allow them to talk about how they think that certain food would help. Let them make their own charts 2. Then when your done, have them sit on the floor with their charts. Ask them: What do you think helps you grow most? Then say veges(they raise their hands), Fruit(they raise their hands), milk(they raise their hands) or all of them? Who ever gets the anwser give them a prize. Since the rest of the class will be sad give them some 2. Say who ever gussed right gets 3 jolly ranchers and everyone else gets 1 jolly rancher. Then fill in your chart on the board.
Hope you use it! Its really fun 2…
