Proper Nutrition Percentages

what type of training?

I was wondering what type of intensity of training i would have to do to obtain abs at my body conditions.

My body conditions are as follows

Waist-34inches
Weight-161.5 pounds
body percentage-18%

so i was wondering what type of training i would have to do to get well defined abs. Where should i start? How many situps should i do per day? How many reps should i do? proper nutrition? Please any advice would help.

I wit do situps and crunches Start out with 10-20 everyother day. eat plenty of proteins and vegetables
