Obsessing about my health!! Please help?

I’m a 15 year old guy. I was a much happier person before I started worrying about health. It sounds like a stupid statement but for some reason I can’t stop worrying about nutrition and how my body looks and just my general fitness. I understand that food is an important part of life; it is life! But to constantly be thinking about it is driving me over the edge. It’s all that’s on my mind. The thing is I’m not unhealthy. I’m very fit and always have been; even before I stopped eating crap i seemed to be extremely fit. I’m insanely skinny (6 ft and 135-140 pounds) but I worry my stomach sticks out. Even I can see its stupid but for some reason I can’t stop thinking about it. What is it inside of me that is making me obsess about such a ridiculous thing? How can I stop thinking about it? Or how can i get rid of my stomach easily?

For one don’t sweat your 15 meaning your body is starting to reach its prime condition. Take advantage to enjoy yourself. If your worring about nutrition just eat a bit of everything , dont abuse the junk food.

Last but not least , in order to get your body looking better try signing up for a sport you like. It will burn the fat off you, you can also try crunches and do a daily routine youll see improvement.
