Atkins diet … need advice?
I started the Atkins diet, but today I want to make sure I'm doing well. There are three questions I have …. 1) I'm in the induction phase, but I'm confused about the difference between net carbohydrates and total carbohydrates. All I read nutrition labels no carbohydrates net in the list, only the total carbohydrate. 2) Could you give me a sample meal plan of what you eat? I'm on a tight budget and plans contained in the site Atkins website I can not afford. 3) What products I can buy in the store that are prefabricated low carb? Like the sandwiches, etc. I see them there, not know which ones are good. I like Baskin Robbins Sugar Free sweets are good for Atkins?
1) Net carbs is total carbohydrates minus fiber 2) Breakfast ham bacon and eggs with tomatoes and cheese Lunch hamburger dinner roll w / o bread salad with ranch dressing green beans 3) Foods low in carbohydrates are increasingly easy to find … I prefer dried meat / nuts / pork rinds and Atkins Good luck and google and find plenty of ideas
