I have a spare before the last-second period at school, so I always go home to lunch. A few days ago, I had eggs, rice and chicken nuggets for lunch on the day he had a soccer practice. The coach we ran a lot, and then execute exercises, and then I could not stand it anymore and I vomited. I thought my meal before it was a good choice so far. It was I ate badly? So I was wondering if someone could give some ideas about what to eat to give me energy, and maybe if anyone knows how long to leave between eating and playing so I'm not going to throw up again: S Also, does anyone know how long it takes to digest food?
eat something like pasta or bread or a sandwich turkey something light. practice when you have got to eat two hours before practice so that when running not to vomit. same thing happened to me, but not part of vomiting. but eating fruit grapes, apples, etc. and i also play soccer played since my brother taught me to play
