How I can get my body … fast?
I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I used to be as amazing … Not that I'm in bad shape now, but I have not used to be. Since graduating high school last year and started college I've definitely noticed a change. I used Cheer and Dance in HS and played softball, now my only chance of athletics in school. My boyfriend is so amazing and I know that no matter what you think (He thinks I look great), but I just want to go back to my old man on his B-Day (June 16). Here are my stats … I am currently 128 pounds. and I am 5'6 "in SA was about 115 pounds. I think the Depo has contributed to the weight, but I know it's due to lack of exercise and good nutrition. I have the drive and a gym membership, but I want the fastest possible w.out hurt myself. I just want myself tone (lower weight / muscle gain) I do not think it is so difficult … Any suggestions? -Jana (as Hana)
