I ordered a sample of the Acai Berry online for $5 and well I did get a bottle, but I never read anywhere that they were going to send me another bottle charging me almost a hundred dollars. I tried calling the number, but it doesn’t work. I have the address, and called 411 to get the number, but the people who work for the directory assistance couldn’t find anything with the address. Also the address just seems weird, here it is: SFL Nutrition, LLC

Is there even such a thing as a business being in Suite 4? I am very upset about this and can’t believe I got scammed for the very first time. What should I do? I am going to cal my credit card company and cancel, is there anything else I can do?
These scams are quite typical, the way they get you is by claiming to “offer” you a free or trial price of some product what they don’t tell you or put it into very fine letters is the part where you are basically signing up for a recurring billing of that product, usually they will (in the terms and conditions) say that you must cancel by a certain date or you will start to be billed and shipped future orders. The site you used should have a page for you to cancel your subscriptions, though it may be hard to find (look for fine print, and very small page links). However, they may not, regardless you should contact your credit card provider and make a claim for an unauthorized transaction and try to contest the second billing you may get the money back but at the very least cancel the card or set it up to block any future purchases from that company. Lastly contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against the company be sure to have all the specifics so as to file a good claim.
Now going forward, be sure to read all fine prints, terms and conditions before signing up for anything. Also check out the BBB for companies that you may believe to be fraudulent they will have prior complaints from customers letting you know to avoid their products. Sorry this had to happen to you, but going forward the more you know the better off you will be.
