Madness is right for me?

I have 17 years, 5'7 ", 135 lbs. I have more or less (just estimating) 12% of body fat. I'm very good shape, and play that game almost every day. I have not worked with weights or been on a workout day for about a year. I'm looking to start a workout that uses minimal equipment and achieves great results – insanity that fits perfectly. I do not mind pushing my limit. To be Really, I vomited after winning the race track. So I give everything I have. Just wondering if the program is right for someone my size, age, etc. *** One thing that has been bothering me though. They are exercises in the program easy to learn? Because I've been looking at video of them and it seems quite advanced, and am nerve would not be able to carry them out correctly. *** Is it necessary to follow the nutrition plan as a whole? No doubt trying, but I'm in high school, so do not always eat the healthiest food.

It is much cardio so if you do not need to burn fat, not the program for you … You can actually do better with something like shawls P90X extreme or focusing more on muscle toning / building fat loss / weight … The exercises are not difficult … few who could not do, but I can not do a push up on my toes, and do not make your knees (I) … anything you can do is can be modified to do what your ability allows some of the … jumping movements hurt my hips and back, so do something that mimics what they are trying achieve in these movements, but not cause me pain … no big deal … I did not follow the nutrition plan at all, but if you do so you'll get the best results it is designed to provide proper nutrition based on the types of workouts you are doing at the moment … it is a "maximum benefit" What little … can still get benefits if you just follow your own sensible eating plan, you will not get a good result as you would if they followed (Unless you're a nutritionist and have a better plan) …
