How much weight is lost by the 8 th day of the South Beach Diet Phase 1?
I have to lose weight in 8 days. I know that is not the "right" way … Do not plan on staying there for over a week. However, I have to weigh 122 for a sports team. Weighing is next Saturday, and is not necessary to be visible. Please advise me not diet, I am a college student and am now a nutrition class. This is really for people who have actually done the diet) I weigh 129 and am 4'11 … This is about my BMI and I gained about 20 pounds in the last 3 years.
I think it will be very Real tough to lose 7 pounds in 8 days, no matter what diet you choose, but can you see much difference in the balance if you lose water weight. If you are in a class nutrition, you know that it is possible to lose 7 pounds of fat in 8 days. Drink plenty of water. That will help.
