AHHHH! I need help! please?

This may sound ridiculous, but I'm really. I have 14 years and I recently weighed me and I was 99 pounds. Am very thin, and I'm very self-conscious about it. Being a very busy girl is hard for me to get my daily diet, but not playing any sport, because I am a terrible athlete. My parents give my little brother this dietary supplement called "Voots" equivalent to 3 servings of fruits and vegetables, if they could be helped? Is there any other reasonably healthy and gain weight slowly, at about 115 pounds or less? because that would be about an ideal weight for me. I'm about 5 feet 4 inches tall and if i eat fast food gain weight, I do not want .. as I said "healthy weight")

heyyy im am the same way, except im now 15 and weighs only 115 he has always been difficult for me to gain weight. but trust me, all you have to do is to give a little time and is likely to start earning some kilos, as I did. all you have to do is take some vitamins good for calcium, eat well, as it does now. motabilisum now has only one fast.
