Subway Nutrition Chicken Breast

I am 5’3, 145 lbs and 26 years old. I want to start slimming down for my upcoming wedding, and I want to lose the weight at a good rate so that I’m not trying one ridiculous crash diet after another.
I need a little bit of a jump-start to get me motivated… here is what I was thinking:
chicken breast (grilled, baked or lean deli meat)
tuna
yogurt
apples
lots and lots of water
no soft drinks (even diet)
EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control shakes (2 carbs, 17 protein)
Lots and lots of salads
6 inch Subway Veggie Delite (as per the nutrition guide at Subway)
I want to try this “diet” for about three weeks to see how much I can lose to jump-start my weight loss. I will also be working out 3-4 times a week for at least an hour, and strength training for 30 minutes 2-3 times a week.
Does this sound like it would work? If I could lose 10 lbs within a month, that would give me a good jump-start and more motivation!
Any suggestions??
throw in some baked salmon fillets into the mix. Also be sure the salads have romaine lettuce as iceberg has no nutritional value.
also be sure to go walking for an hour a day. the secret here is that first 30 minutes will use the energy in your muscle tissue. The remaining 30 minutes will have the body burn pure fat, provided that the hour session is more than a leisure walk. Though the process is slow, the weight loss is actually real and will STAY off in the long run.
