I've been on a diet lately and have been eating tuna subs as once a week thinking it was healthy. But now I can check the nutrition facts on the underground site and says it has 32 grams of fat? How can this be? tuna is good for you … I do not understand .. Should not be healthy for you?
It's mayonnaise. Do not ever eat anything with mayonnaise, if you care about your health! I do my subs tuna and I use the compost as a substitute for mayonnaise. It works very well – indeed, I can not tell the difference. Some people use the avocado (or guacamole) or simply yogert. Those who work, too!
