Subway Nutrition Tuna

is it healthy to eat tuna every weekday and just sitting down on computer or studying bad?

Eating tune is my favourite, I eat it in the mornings

is it good to eat tuna every weekday in the morning? do i have to exercise and move around after, because i am worried about sitting and studying and the protein and nutrition in tuna turning into fat or making me fat or something in tuna that will make me fat because i am not moving around?

and i like to eat tuna sandwich at subway, but is it healthy to eat tuna mixed with mayonnaise? or is it bad/unhealthy?

It’s actually TERRIBLE for you to eat tuna that often!! You shouldn’t eat more than a can or maybe two of tuna a week. It’s really high in mercury and to eat that much of it is poisonous. Children are recommended not to eat it more than once a week, if that. So stop eating so much tuna! I though this was common knowledge by now??
Tuna is really low in fat and calories though, while mayo is high fat/high cal. That isn’t the issue here though.
