What is the best way to maintain nutrition products?
I'll have to get my fruits and vegetables for the week tomorrow and I'm not sure what the best way to store are they. 1. I can buy in a supermarket shopping and refrigerate. 2. I can buy local and organic and markets and refrigerate. 3. I can buy local and organic markets and stores in premium freezer. 4. I can buy local and organic markets and store in the freezer shutouts. 5. Commercial purchases of fruits and vegetables and frozen before use. I intend to use food to green smoothies (fruit and vegetables green leaves mixed with water). What method preserves most nutrition? THANKS! PS foods are spinach, different varieties of lettuce, cabbage greens, beet greens, carrot tops, bananas, apples, oranges, tangerines, pears and kiwis.
A second and third higher than would nutrition. The best way to keep intact is to keep raw nutrition. Spinach, etc. – if you have time and patience, separate the leaves from the roots and store in a sealed plastic container. This will help keep the food longer and maintain nutrition. Always avoid 5th category.
