What does your 1 year old eat?

I have a hectic schedule and sometimes I worry that my son isnt getting enough nutrition.I just started him on regular milk as he just turned a year old.He eats fruits,multi grain waffles,veggies,toddler ravioli,cheerios..

My one year old son eats:

Peas, carrots, corn, lima beans, green beans, brown beans, squash, broccoli, potatoes (sweet, baby red, bakers), eggs, whole wheat noodles, whole wheat bread/bagels, brown rice, cheese (cheddar, swiss, mozzarella), bananas, berries (black, blue, rasp, straw), apricots, applesauce, prunes, mangos, oranges, cantaloupe, cheerios, pancakes made w/ whole wheat flour, yogurt, chicken, meat (beef sirloin, ground beef, beef roast, pork).

We have yet to test him on fish, so that is not part of his diet. He also eats different spices that I use with cooking without any complaint. And whole milk, he loves it!
