i have been taking amino acids and I have some fats.I wanted to reduce the amount of fats and gain more muscles(grow muscles more) by taking amino acids.is this right or im only gona increase my weight and gain more flesh?i am taking ultimate nutrition’s xtreme amino…glad if u would help me out on this one..thanks
