I got a bottle of 1000g for free and it has 50 servings of these forms of creatine
Kre-Alkalyn 1.5g
Creatine Ethyl Ester 1.1g
Tri-Creatine Malate 1.5g
it’s a pre workout energy supplement similar to NO explode
Do I have to preload this?
Should I take Creatine mono with this?
Should I just use this pre-workout and use mono after?
If I preload mono can I opt out one preload dose of mono with the Horsepower dose?
What would you recommend?
I’m new to creatine supplementation, but I’m 21 and have done my research, I just can’t seem to find a straight answer on this…
Your help is greatly appreciated.
It recommends taking 2wice dailey, but that makes for 5 weeks of use, and it doesn’t seem smart to take a workout booster post workout.
