I take Ultimate Nutrition’s Xtreme Amino.I take 9 tablets per day.Should I take tablets when I am not working out?I am really confused about this and I dont know whther I should take or not.And after when will I start detecting changes in my body?thanks
yes u should in order to help ur body either recover from ur last work out or get ready for ur next one
