I need help with bodybuilding supplements?

I bought a universal food product called Lava. I got it from a shop in Dublin, Ireland. The Polish guy who works there told me wonderful English "very well, do good for you larger." Im a virgin supplement, and to be honest I have not found any reviews of this material. Im wondering if you or any one know has encountered these things, and if so, is it okay for muscle building / getting bigger without being too fat. Any help would be most welcome. Im also curious, is that testosterone Boster / steroid type of supplement? Ross Ireland
